About me
Knowing yourself and being honest and true to your inner being is the cornerstone of happiness. I am interested in the human condition in all its complexities, the constant changes we are going through and the importance of self acceptance, finding a place of safety and the ability to enjoy life. I am comfortable working through issues around cultural diversity, sexuality, religion and neurodiversity. Having lived in five countries the focus of my research projects up to Master’s Degree level has been on issues related to change, mobility, adaptation and migration which have been features of my own life as well. I see life as a series of constant changes, some bigger and some smaller but all offering challenges and the need to adapt to new circumstances with past present and future all inter related.
