Counselling Services

Are you looking for personal and confidential counselling to help you come to terms with difficulties or a loss?

I specialise in personal development, self-acceptance, couples counselling, relationship issues, bereavement, acculturation and trauma counselling from a person-centred perspective, using integrative methods to help you find the best version of yourself.

Through experience, I have helped many find peace when faced with difficult situations, helped to bring an understanding, and supported finding a path to a happier future. With a friendly and supportive approach, I hope to be able to help you get through your current situation and learn how to heal and grow.

Sessions are generally an hour long and predominantly online with limited face-to-face availability.

Sessions are initially person-centred, but as the sessions develop elements of CBT and mindfulness may be added according to your needs. There is usually an optional follow-up worksheet after the session.

Sessions are usually offered in blocks of 6 which can be extended indefinitely. The expectation is that couples counselling would normally require more than one block of six to see meaningful change.
